  2. Nigerian birth certificate
  3. Authentication letter from the Nigerian embassy/mission
  4. Government ID for staff of FGN
  5. Any form of Personal ID

  1. Original birth certificate
  2. The presence of a parent or legal guardian with a NIN
  3. Birth Certificate and Evidence of Relationship (For guardian’s NIN)
